Rebuilding a platform after an acquisition.
Following Verideck’s acquisition of Factso, Rajkumar independently rebuilt the Verideck platform and integrated the product. The consulting engagement covered architecture, implementation, delivery and handover.

The engineering challenge
The platform needed to bring social media, news and forum content through a connected analysis and review process. That meant coordinating ingestion, normalization, enrichment and human decisions, while preserving processing state across a pipeline with many stages.
A connected application foundation
The rebuild used Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, asynchronous SQLAlchemy and Alembic for backend services, with a React and TypeScript frontend. Rajkumar owned the technical architecture and implementation through delivery and handover.
Ingestion that tracks the work
Source pipelines included keyword and account monitoring, normalization and deduplication. Persistent processing state, bounded parallel work and idempotent stages made it possible to coordinate enrichment, account profiling and embeddings across the content pipeline.
Narratives and coordinated activity
Graph-based narrative clustering grouped related content to surface emerging narratives. Coordinated-activity analysis considered signals such as posting times, shared hashtags, URLs, narrative overlap and content similarity to surface related accounts and activity for analysis.
Fact-checking and external analysis
Factso workflows were integrated for text, URLs, images and video, combining automated analysis with human review, approval decisions and audit records. An external deepfake analysis service used asynchronous polling, timeouts and persisted results. Containerized services and worker dispatch ran on Google Cloud Run.
What was delivered
The engagement delivered a working platform with five client organizations onboarded before handover. The project was delivered as Rajkumar’s consulting engagement through Commcorde.
